Bandai Spirits, a Japanese toy company, will release its latest product, the "Detective Conan Bowtie Voice Changer," a real-life replica of a prop from the classic anime series "Detective Conan"! The suggested retail price is 5,280 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in March 2025!
One of Professor Agasa's black technology inventions, the "Bowtie Voice Changer (蝶ネクタイ型変声機)," appears at first glance to be an ordinary bowtie. However, its reverse side is equipped with a tone adjustment dial, volume control knob, and a microphone, which Professor Agasa claims "can produce the voice of anyone, regardless of gender or age." Conan typically uses it in conjunction with his wristwatch-style tranquilizer gun, tranquilizing Kogoro Mouri into unconsciousness before solving cases by imitating Kogoro's voice.
The Bandai "Detective Conan Bowtie Voice Changer" prop toy features a bowtie made from the same fabric as seen in the series. With the included neck strap, it can be worn around the neck, perfectly recreating Conan's iconic special gadget! Furthermore, by turning the dial on the back of the main unit, you can switch and play newly recorded lines from characters such as Kogoro Mouri (CV: Rikiya Koyama), Shinichi Kudo (CV: Kappei Yamaguchi), and Conan Edogawa (CV: Minami Takayama) (note: it does not have a voice-changing function)! It also includes the unforgettable Detective Conan theme song BGM, allowing you to immerse yourself in the series' case-solving scenes!
※This product does not have a voice-changing function.
