Japanese company AZONE International (株式会社アゾンインターナショナル), renowned for manufacturing exquisite anime character dolls, is following up on the "Pureneemo" action doll series' "Hitori Gotoh" with a new product based on the popular anime "Bocchi the Rock!" — the "Nijika Ijichi" 1/6 scale collectible doll. It has a suggested retail price of 18,000 JPY and is scheduled for release on December 23, 2024!
Nijika Ijichi, as the band's drummer, possesses immense empathy and is incredibly caring towards her bandmates. She was also the crucial character who initially invited Bocchi to join the band. Her endearing personality and character design have earned her the title of "National Wife" among fans. However, because her various traits are almost too good to be true, strange discussions have emerged, suggesting Nijika might have a boyfriend or even smoke...
This time, AZONE has utilized its exquisite doll-making techniques to create Nijika as a Pureneemo action doll. The winter uniform of Shimokitazawa High School, including the white shirt and pleated skirt, is meticulously recreated with fabric, capturing every detail. Her red canvas shoes and the iconic large bow at her collar are also exquisitely reproduced! Furthermore, her yellow single long ponytail hairstyle is crafted using flocking technology, designed to shimmer under light. Coupled with a highly articulated body, she can recreate various poses from the series!
