Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON capsule toy division will release a new product based on the classic popular anime "Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch" – the "Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Marker Charms" capsule toy. The suggested retail price is 300 JPY per turn, with an anticipated release in late December 2024!
"Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch" is a Japanese manga series originally written by Michiko Yokote and illustrated by Pink Hanamori. It was adapted into an anime in 2003 by Actas and Synergy SP. The series features eight mermaids from the Seven Seas who fight enemies with their singing and dancing. Its vibrant designs and the catchy, specially translated and dubbed songs aired in Taiwan are undoubtedly cherished childhood memories for many 90s and millennial toy enthusiasts!
The marker charm series features a rubber ring attached to the charm, allowing it to be placed on items like umbrellas or water bottles for identification, preventing mix-ups! This "Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Marker Charms" collection transforms the "Aqua-Pitch Transformation Devices" used by the mermaid princesses in the show into approximately 3 cm marker charms, featuring their open forms. The lineup includes seven styles: Lucia, Hanon, Rina, Karen, Noel, Coco, and Sara. Crafted from transparent PVC material with painted details to replicate the transformation device colors of the Seven Seas princesses, they boast a pearlescent and translucent texture. Hanging them on your belongings will make you feel like you can transform into a mermaid princess at any moment! "Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch" fans, don't miss out!
