Japan's renowned toy company GOOD SMILE COMPANY will release its latest product, the "Godzilla (Shin Japan Heros Universe)" soft vinyl figure & Polystone painted finished product, themed after the 'Shin Japan Heros Universe (S.J.H.U.)'! The suggested retail price is 200,000 JPY, with an estimated release in October 2025.
The "Shin Japan Heros Universe," abbreviated as S.J.H.U., combines Japanese hero culture, bringing together Khara, Toei, Toho, and Tsuburaya Productions. This miraculous, monumental project unites Hideaki Anno's "Shin" titled works: "Shin Godzilla," "Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time," "Shin Ultraman," and "Shin Kamen Rider," also known as the Anno-verse. The promotional visual teaser was drawn by Mahiro Maeda.
The GSC "Godzilla (Shin Japan Heros Universe)" soft vinyl figure & Polystone painted finished product is sculpted based on the iconic main visual illustration! Standing at an impressive 56 cm tall, the prototype was sculpted by Genzo Ihara, representative sculptor of ZO MODELS. It meticulously captures the rough, reef-like skin, terrifying fangs, and small eyes, faithfully recreating them. The long, massive tail also reproduces grotesque, alien-like details at its tip; the chest, appearing as if it's about to split open, conveys the oppressive feeling from the film.
Similar to the other three characters from the Shin Japan Heros Universe: Evangelion Unit-01, Ultraman, and Kamen Rider, the coloring is handled by painter Seshiru. A highly organic, blood-like hue is applied to the charred body; the dorsal fins feature an awakening purple paint application, expressing a glow emanating from within, exuding an extremely powerful presence. All four heroes come with a rock-themed display base that allows them to be displayed together, enabling a complete recreation of the impactful main visual illustration when collected!
