Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company's immensely popular "Ichiban Kuji" (一番くじ) series, where every draw wins a prize, will release a new product themed after the popular manga "SAKAMOTO DAYS," which is soon to be animated. This new product is "SAKAMOTO DAYS vol.1," with a reference price of 770 JPY per draw, scheduled to launch in mid-February 2025!
"SAKAMOTO DAYS" is a work by manga artist Yuto Suzuki, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" since 2020. It is set to be adapted into a TV anime by TMS Entertainment in January 2025. The story follows Taro Sakamoto, once the strongest assassin, who, after retiring, marrying, having children, and becoming an overweight middle-aged man, is targeted by his former assassin organization. He then teams up with a junior who came to persuade him, to fight back against the organization.
This "Ichiban Kuji SAKAMOTO DAYS vol.1" offers prizes of different tiers, from A to H, including the Last One Prize and Double Chance Prize. Currently released images show the A Prize, a character figure of Taro Sakamoto, and the B Prize, a character figure of Shin Asakura. Both appear in their Sakamoto Store clerk uniforms, exuding a powerful assassin aura beneath their everyday appearances! Prizes C through H include Sakamoto Store acrylic boards, ORDER acrylic boards, Sakamoto Store eco-bags, acrylic standees, clear posters, and small towels, respectively. The Last One Prize and Double Chance Prize will be character figures of Nagumo and Yoichi. Detailed prize images and information will be revealed at a later date, which is highly anticipated!
