Japan's Kotobukiya (KOTOBUKIYA) toy company's "Mega Man" model kit series has announced its latest product from "Mega Man 11": "Mega Man Premium Charge Shot Ver.", available as a Kotobukiya Store exclusive, with a suggested retail price of 8,580 JPY, scheduled for release in March 2025!
The Kotobukiya "Mega Man Premium Charge Shot Ver." model kit is a modified version based on the regular edition released in 2023. It features new polarized plating and polarized molded parts to create armor that changes color with viewing angle, reproducing the in-game charge state! The polarized red color evokes the activation of the Power Gear~ Additionally, the product box art also features exclusive edition illustrations!
It comes with a wealth of accessories, including 4 interchangeable face parts (front-facing, smiling looking left, shouting looking left, gritting teeth looking right), and includes interchangeable head parts to recreate the bare-faced look without the helmet. Additionally, there are 4 expressive hand parts. By replacing the forearm parts, you can enjoy the battle-damaged state of the Mega Buster; combined with the Charge Shot effect parts (polarized red), various battle scenes can be recreated!
New pull-out mechanisms for the torso and arms have been introduced, expanding the range of motion to more naturally reproduce actions such as sliding!
