, Japanese toy shopping website "amiami" (あみあみ) and Chinese brand Snail Shell Studio (SNAIL SHELL), specializing in original mecha girl action figures, have collaborated to release the latest product in the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game MONSTER FIGURE COLLECTION" series, commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game: the "I:P Masquerena Ver.1" 1/12 scale action figure. It will be available in STD Ver. and DX Ver., with an estimated release in July 2025.
The "amiami × Snail Shell Studio I:P Masquerena Ver.1" 1/12 scale action figure is based on the popular card "I:P Masquerena" Ver.1's card illustration. The sculpt perfectly recreates the slender waist and playful style from the artwork, utilizing a luxurious polarized coating and metallic colors for intricate details, achieving a dazzling "shiny card" texture. The transparent top is made of TPU material, and the cables on the back use a soft material with embedded wires, allowing for free bending, combining both articulation and aesthetics! It comes with three interchangeable faceplates featuring articulated eyes (tongue out, shouting, smug), which can be easily adjusted to different viewing angles using the new eye adjustment stick. Additionally, there are interchangeable expressions for surprise and screaming.
There are five pairs of interchangeable hand parts. Accessories such as the EM:P Meowgrenade and USB drive can be held by specific hand parts, allowing for various holding poses! The USB drive can also be used with the laptop. The wheels on the roller skates are all functional, allowing the figure to slide back and forth for play. Notably, the crotch joint features an extendable structure, further enhancing articulation for dynamic and powerful poses.
The DX version includes a substantial EM:P Meowgrenade, which features an articulated mouth that can open and close, as well as a flying cap with interchangeable bangs and a strap for the flying cap, allowing for the recreation of the EM:P Meowgrenade's card background. A dedicated articulated stand is also included, enabling airborne scenes to be reproduced! Furthermore, an unequipped interchangeable bangs part is included, allowing you to appreciate Masquerena's unseen true appearance. The Link Summon effect base set allows the effect parts to float in the air using the stand, recreating Link Summon scenes!
