The renowned tabletop wargame "Warhammer 40,000" from UK-based manufacturer Games Workshop is about to release a brand-new line of models. This latest update focuses on the Space Marine Chapter: the "Blood Angels," introducing all-new miniatures and tabletop wargaming rules, set for official release in late October and early November.
"Warhammer 40,000" is a grand-scale tabletop wargame where players can collect, assemble, and paint their own models, organizing them into armies to battle against other players.
The "Blood Angels" are one of the most revered Chapters among the Space Marines, renowned for their red color scheme, noble visage, and combat prowess. They earned eternal fame for their heroic defense of the Imperial Palace during the height of the Horus Heresy and have fought on the front lines of the Imperium's wars for millennia. However, a genetic curse is bound within the blood of every Son of Sanguinius; even the noblest warriors of the Blood Angels are afflicted by the twin flaws of the Red Thirst and the Black Rage.

New Epic Heroes Lead the Blood Angels
【Astorath the Grim】
Astorath is the High Chaplain of the Blood Angels, fulfilling his duty to defend the faith of his brothers and guide the Chapter on the path of righteousness. On the battlefield, he descends from the heavens wielding a massive two-handed axe, effortlessly cleaving heads from shoulders with his vast experience.
【Lemartes, Guardian of the Lost】
Even in the throes of the Black Rage, Lemartes maintains an extraordinary clarity of thought, making him the perfect figure to lead the Death Company into battle. He can channel the bloody fury of the Death Company into what could almost be considered a battle plan, ensuring his brothers slay as many foes as possible before their lives are spent.
【The Sanguinor】
Not even the most ancient Librarians of the Blood Angels know the identity of the mysterious avenger known as The Sanguinor. This angelic champion always appears without warning to save the Blood Angels when the Sons of Sanguinius are caught in their most desperate battles. When he manifests on the battlefield, he swiftly charges into the fray, cutting down enemy champions and leaders with his immense crimson broadsword.
Outstanding Leaders and Elites
【Blood Angels Captain】
The Captains of the Blood Angels march to war in ornate power armour, sculpted into the perfect image befitting the sons of the Great Angel. They are all exceptional commanders and skilled warriors, and this brand-new model comes with a variety of component options, allowing you to freely customize your preferred look.
【Sanguinary Priest】
Sanguinary Priests are the Apothecaries of the Blood Angels, but they have a second duty: to tend to those warriors seized by the Red Thirst on the eve of battle. Rather than suppressing this violent urge, a Sanguinary Priest will attempt to stoke the Thirst and direct it towards the enemies of the Imperium, making full use of the fury inherent in the Blood Angels' gene-seed.
【Sanguinary Guard】
The Sanguinary Guard are the elite bodyguards of the Blood Angels Chapter's mightiest heroes, clad in master-crafted armour and equipped with gleaming relic weapons. Their method of assault using jump packs is legendary, making them true Angels of Death.

【Commander Dante】
Commander Dante is one of the most famous Space Marines in the Imperium, having led the Blood Angels Chapter as its Chapter Master for over a thousand years. He was personally appointed Warden of Imperium Nihilus by Guilliman himself. Clad in golden armour, he roars into the fiercest of conflicts, his Death Mask's gaze capable of paralyzing foes as they fall one by one to the Axe Mortalis.
【Captain with Jump Pack】
Many Space Marine Captains favor swift and ferocious assaults. As exceptional warriors and inspiring leaders, the most fitting place for a Captain is naturally at the very forefront of the battle. With the aid of jump packs, they can join the tip of the spear, leading their warriors ever onward.
【Assault Intercessors with Jump Packs】
Equipped with powerful jump packs, these warriors scream across the skies above the battlefield, crashing down heavily into enemy ranks. They fire their bolt pistols and slash ferociously with their chainswords. Once the enemy is annihilated, they launch back into the sky, descending upon their next target.
The Warhammer model example images are all fully painted. Warhammer models require self-assembly and painting. Assembly instructions are included. You are free to paint the Assault Intercessors with Jump Packs and other Space Marine models in the Blood Angels Chapter color scheme.
