Japanese figure manufacturer Max Factory will release its latest product from the super popular VTuber group "hololive production," featuring the immensely popular captain from hololive 3rd Generation: "Houshou Marine Thirties Outfit Ver." 1/6 scale figure! The suggested retail price is 35,000 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in October 2025.
Houshou Marine, a member of hololive 3rd Generation (hololive Fantasy), is set to be a girl who aims to become a pirate to search for treasures because she loves gems, treasures, and money. To purchase a pirate ship and set sail, she is currently working as a VTuber on land. Her usual demeanor and speech reveal a deep otaku background, leading fans to often question and joke about her official age of 17.
The "Houshou Marine Thirties Outfit Ver." 1/6 scale figure is based on an illustration by artist AkasaAi (あかさあい), bringing Houshou Marine's 1 Million Subscriber commemorative 3D outfit to life as a product! It faithfully recreates the captain's alluring and provocative expression as she sits on a luxurious throne. The intricate details of her entire outfit are also brilliantly reproduced, including metallic painted accessories, zippers, and her hat. Details such as the sheer fabric, leather, and argyle patterns of her clothing are also expressed with rich texture through paintwork; her bangs, crafted with transparent material for the hair strands, are incredibly charming!
