Having recently released the incredibly powerful "Grey Hulk vs. Wolverine", American toy giant Sideshow Collectibles' "Premium Format Figure" product line has unveiled another new MARVEL X-Men themed masterpiece, the "Wolverine: Weapon X" full-body statue! Both a regular edition and an exclusive edition will be released simultaneously, with an estimated shipping date between July and October 2025, priced at US$1,025 and US$1,050 respectively.
This time, SIDESHOW has brought to life Logan's struggling appearance during the Weapon X super-soldier human modification project. This experiment, led by Department K, utilized Logan's regenerative healing factor to inject Adamantium into his bones. Although the process was extremely painful, Logan successfully survived, and the metal claws emerging from his knuckles became an almost indestructible force. This piece stands approximately 64 cm tall, depicting Logan's entire body covered in tubes and sharp injection ports. The translucent water flow effects and the dynamic, floating hair fully convey the setting of Logan being suspended within a containment tank.
In addition to the grimacing expression of enduring pain, the taut muscles across his body are accentuated with shading to highlight their three-dimensionality. The skin where the devices are inserted also shows realistic reddening effects. Combined with the LED light-up function in the base, it creates an incredibly immersive atmosphere when illuminated! Furthermore, the exclusive edition includes an additional interchangeable head sculpt featuring a helmet and a light-up function in the red visor.
