Japanese model manufacturer Kotobukiya, in collaboration with illustrator Morikura En, has announced the first product in the spin-off series for their everyday-life bishojo plastic model kit series, 'Sousai Shojo Teien,' with 'Wolf-san' scheduled for release in June 2025.
The 'Sousai Shojo Teien' spin-off series is a new project that utilizes parts from the main series characters to create entirely new characters through mixing and matching. The first product, 'Wolf-san,' draws inspiration from Gourai, the iconic character of Kotobukiya's 'Frame Arms Girl' mecha girl plastic model series. Her name is derived from 'Werewolf,' an alternative name for Frame Arms Gourai. She is redesigned with Gourai's characteristic hair and eye colors, portraying a stylish high school girl skilled in using military equipment.
'Wolf-san' is created by mixing and matching previously released parts such as the 'Wolf Tail Layered Hair Style,' Takanashi Koyomi's pre-printed face parts, Ichijo Seira's body parts and school bag, and Yuki Madoka's skirt parts, among others. The colors and some designs have been re-adjusted to faithfully recreate the Gourai-like image of 'Wolf-san.' Accessories include 4 types of face parts, 8 pairs of interchangeable hand parts, a leaning pose body, sitting pose parts, 3 types of skirt parts, a school bag, and a mobile phone.
Purchasing from official channels such as KOTOBUKIYA SHOP will also include a bonus 'Short Hair Style Head Part,' allowing you to give Wolf-san a short hairstyle even more similar to Gourai, and enabling customization with separately sold kits like 'Frame Arms Girl Gourai Kai [White] Ver.2'!
