Bandai's GASHAPON division, in collaboration with NEW ERA, the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of official MLB caps, is launching the highly anticipated second series of the "NEW ERA® 59FIFTY® MLB On-Field Cap Collection"! The suggested retail price is 500 Japanese Yen per capsule, with an expected release in December 2024!
The classic "59FIFTY®" baseball cap style, introduced by NEW ERA in 1954, quickly became a trend with its rigid shape and fitted, full-closure design. Since 1994, it has been the official cap of Major League Baseball, featuring the representative colors and logos of each team! This "NEW ERA® 59FIFTY® MLB On-Field Cap Collection 2" once again includes six MLB team 59FIFTY® caps: "New York Yankees," "St. Louis Cardinals," "Chicago White Sox," "San Diego Padres," "Seattle Mariners," and "New York Mets." The collection meticulously recreates details such as the fabric texture, the gold sticker on the brim, the team logo, and the NEW ERA side tag, all within a miniature size of approximately 4.5 cm. These can be displayed alongside the six teams from the first series, and anticipation is high for the release of all subsequent teams!
