Japanese toy company RE-MENT, known for its diverse range of miniature models, is expanding its popular petadoll series with a new collection based on the classic anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion." Titled "petadoll Evangelion" blind box figures, each figure will retail for 1,100 JPY (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 17, 2025.
The beloved characters from "Neon Genesis Evangelion" are joining the popular petadoll series! RE-MENT has transformed the main cast into adorable, approximately 2.5-head-tall, bean-eyed sitting figures. The lineup includes six different characters: Shinji, Rei, Asuka, Mari, Kaworu, and Misato. The Eva pilots are all depicted in their iconic school uniforms, while Misato sports her classic red jacket and beret. Each figure meticulously captures the character's design details in a charming chibi style. The official product images, featuring the characters sitting on stairs, appear to be a nod to the "Rebuild of Evangelion" movie posters, creating an incredibly cute display when arranged together!
