Japanese toy company "STAND STONES" (スタンド・ストーンズ, stasto), known for releasing numerous popular gashapon, is once again launching a new product in its popular "Onemutan" (おねむたん) gashapon series. This latest release, "Onemutan Haikyuu!! Vol.2" capsule toys, is themed around the popular anime "Haikyuu!!". With a suggested retail price of 400 JPY per capsule, it is scheduled to be released in December 2024!
Following the first volume, "Onemutan Haikyuu!!", which featured popular characters like Shoyo, Kageyama, and Tsukishima, this "Onemutan Haikyuu!! Vol.2" will feature five equally popular rival characters from Karasuno, crafted into character figures approximately 4.5 cm tall. The lineup includes Toru Oikawa and Hajime Iwaizumi from Aoba Johsai, Kotaro Bokuto and Keiji Akaashi from Fukurodani Academy, and Shiratorizawa's ace Wakatoshi Ushijima, who gave Karasuno a tough time! The products faithfully recreate the characters' distinctive features in a Q-version (chibi) style, depicting them either sitting or lying in bed, ready to rest. Each character's expression and pose perfectly capture their individual personalities, and the seemingly wide-awake Bokuto is absolutely adorable!
