America's renowned toy brand Hasbro's Star Wars The Black Series has launched a new product based on the film 'Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones' – the "Clone Trooper & Super Battle Droid" 6-inch action figure set, with a suggested retail price of US$39.99, expected to be released in February 2025!
The Clone Wars was a massive conflict that engulfed the entire galaxy, first mentioned by old Obi-Wan in the film 'Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope'. It was a war between the Galactic Republic and the Trade Federation and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The prequel trilogy also revealed that the entire war was orchestrated behind the scenes by Chancellor Palpatine, the Sith Lord – Darth Sidious. The war quickly concluded after a series of events including the Jedi Purge, the establishment of the Galactic Empire, and the downfall of the Confederacy, ushering in the dark era of the Galactic Empire.
This 6-inch action figure set includes the Trade Federation's advanced trooper, the Super Battle Droid, and the Clone Trooper, familiar to all Star Wars fans. The Clone Trooper's helmet is removable, and the head sculpt faithfully recreates the features of Jango Fett actor Temuera Morrison. It also comes with two blaster rifles, one large and one small, allowing for varied firepower depending on the combat situation! The Super Battle Droid's sculpt accurately reproduces the design details of its advanced version and includes laser effect parts for its hands. Purchasing multiple sets to pair with the previously released "Clone Trooper & Battle Droid" set allows you to recreate epic battle scenes between the two factions!
