Popular video game series "Fire Emblem" developer INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS announced the latest character figure product, "Edelgard 1/7 Scale Figure," from "Fire Emblem: Three Houses," to be released by Good Smile Company in January 2026.
Edelgard von Hresvelg
In 1180, the 17-year-old Fourth Princess of the Adrestian Empire enrolled in the Garreg Mach Officer's Academy. As the sole heir to the throne, she naturally became the house leader of the Black Eagles. Calm, diligent, noble, and at times strict, she led the Black Eagles members from the Empire to rapid growth under the guidance of "the Professor." However, she secretly detested the power of "Crests" and the old, corrupt values of the Church and nobility, as she and her ten deceased siblings were all victims of the "Crest of Flames," fueling her ambition and desire for revenge hidden beneath her beautiful facade.
In 1185, Edelgard, who ascended to become the Emperor of the Adrestian Empire, chose the iron-blooded path of the "Hegemon." Even if it meant losing everything, she was determined to reform the twisted noble system and liberate those whose fates were manipulated by Crests. As "the Professor," will you choose to fight alongside her? Or will you raise the Sword of the Creator to thwart her ambitions?
This release of the "Edelgard 1/7 Scale Figure" brings her imperial form after her coronation to life. The intricate sculpting recreates her cool and resolute expression, her crimson attire, and her massive cape. She also wields her dedicated battle-axe, "Aymr," embedded with a Crest Stone, showcasing the beast-bone texture of the axe head. The overall scene is inspired by the "Battle of Gronder Field" and the reunion with former classmates, demonstrating Edelgard's overwhelming resolve to sacrifice everything to achieve her goals.
