If you're into Gunpla model kits, chances are you've dabbled in all sorts of customization – painting, cutting, weathering, you name it. It's all about making your models stand out and, sometimes, mixing in other elements to spark new creative ideas.
Japanese Gunpla YouTuber タカハシ ( @gdam429mk2 ) took things up a notch, mashing up BANDAI SPIRITS' POKEPLA Scizor with the MSN-04FF RG Sazabi. By simply swapping their signature weapons, he showcased the sheer fun of model kit customization, grabbing tons of attention and praise from netizens.

Both kits are Bandai Spirits products. The "MSN-04FF Sazabi" is a special variant that appeared in a video screened during the unveiling of the life-sized RX-93ff ν Gundam statue in Fukuoka. Based on the design from "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack," this version features a brand-new, original armament: the "Double Horn Funnel." These pincer-like funnels left a strong impression on many Gunpla builders.

Since both Scizor and Sazabi rock a red body, タカハシ figured their weapons might be interchangeable. To his surprise, it worked perfectly! Scizor, especially, got a serious upgrade.
▼ Scizor gets an epic boost with the Double Horn Funnels!

▼ But putting Sazabi's head on Scizor? Kinda makes it look... less intimidating, honestly.

Now for the reverse: Scizor's head, wings, and arms on Sazabi. Talk about seamless and ridiculously cool, right?!

Both swaps genuinely give them a unique, fresh vibe!

タカハシ even filmed the actual swap, revealing that Gunpla and Pokémon kits can be mixed with almost no modifications needed.
So, what do you think? Ready to try this wild crossover yourself? Swapping parts between Pokémon model kits and Gunpla could lead to some seriously fun creations!
