Japan's Megahouse toy company, under its "LOOK UP" series of chibi character figures that feature many anime and manga characters in an upward-gazing pose, has simultaneously released two new products based on the popular anime "Haikyuu!!": the "Yu Nishinoya Uniform ver." and "Ryunosuke Tanaka Uniform ver." chibi character figures. The suggested retail price is 4,180 JPY per figure, with an estimated release in late June 2025!
Yu Nishinoya and Ryunosuke Tanaka are both second-year students at Karasuno High School. The former is a genius libero known as Karasuno's Guardian Deity; the latter is a reliable ace spiker on the team. Their generous and cheerful personalities always manage to boost team morale, and even when faced with direct provocation from opponents, they can withstand the pressure and continue to break through. The editor believes they are two of Karasuno's coolest players!
These two LOOK UP figures stand approximately 11 cm tall, depicting Nishinoya and Tanaka in their Karasuno uniforms with the adorable LOOK UP body shape. At an approximate 2-head-tall proportion, their hairstyles and the design details of their uniforms are faithfully reproduced. The heads are articulated, allowing for adjustment of the figures' gaze, enabling various upward-looking angles. They are incredibly cute to hold in your hands!
