Japanese toy company Kotobukiya, under its "Mega Man X" plastic model kit series, has announced its latest product: the "Forte.EXE" 1/12 scale plastic model kit, with a suggested retail price of 10,780 JPY, scheduled for release in June 2025!
In the "Mega Man Battle Network" series, Forte.EXE, who frequently appeared as a hidden BOSS, was developed by Dr. Cossack as the world's first autonomous NetNavi that required no human operator. Equipped with the most advanced special abilities of its time, it could acquire opponents' abilities and enhance its own skills. It possessed a distinct personality and autonomy, but this also led humans in the Science Ministry to view it as a nuisance, gradually creating opposition, and even being framed as the mastermind behind the "Prototype Rebellion."
The "Mega Man Battle Network Forte.EXE" 1/12 scale plastic model kit marks its first model kit adaptation in over 20 years! Utilizing CAD design and modeling, it faithfully recreates the in-game appearance. Precise joints provide a high range of articulation, allowing for the recreation of various in-game actions. The cool armor colors are reproduced with multi-color molded parts, so simply assembling it will recreate its in-game look! Furthermore, each part of the cape can move flexibly, and the 3mm port on the back can be used with other accessories by connecting a special joint.
It comes with 3 distinctive interchangeable face parts: a front-facing normal face, a right-gazing smiling face, and a front-facing shouting face, expressing the rich emotions from the game. Additionally, it includes various hand parts such as clenched fists and open hands, a full-body cape, a Rock Buster, and Dark Arm Blade effect parts, allowing for the recreation of diverse battle scenes from "Mega Man Battle Network"!
