Donald Trump, set to assume the U.S. presidency once again, announced today that veteran film stars Sylvester Stallone, Mel Gibson, and Jon Voight will serve as his "special envoys" to help him revitalize Hollywood's recent slump. Gibson, Stallone, and Voight have all publicly expressed their support for Trump on multiple occasions and are known for their outspoken conservative views within Hollywood. Now, they are set to collaborate more closely with the former president.

Trump stated in his announcement: "They will serve as my special envoys, tasked with restoring Hollywood's former glory after too many losses overseas in the past four years, making Hollywood bigger, better, and stronger than ever before! These three talented individuals will be my eyes and ears, and I will act on their advice. Just as America itself will be great again, Hollywood too will usher in a golden era once more!"
However, Gibson expressed surprise at the significant responsibility Trump had bestowed upon him, stating he had not been informed beforehand and only learned of the appointment after seeing posts from Trump supporters on social media. He quipped, "I scrolled past this news on Twitter at the same time as all of you, and I was just as surprised. That being said, I've answered the call; as a citizen, it's my duty to offer help and insight wherever I can. But is there any chance this position comes with an ambassadorial residence?"
