When you hear the name "Hiroshi Fujiwara," Japan's "Godfather of Streetwear," it's hard to ignore his massive reputation, not just in street fashion but also in luxury brands and the music scene. A master of collaborations, his brainchild fragment design is truly ubiquitous, and anything bearing that iconic lightning bolt logo instantly gains an unmistakable cool factor.
This time, fragment design is teaming up for the first time with "Mobile Suit Gundam," which celebrated its 45th anniversary last year. As a major part of Gundam's 45th-anniversary project, this collaboration isn't just dropping a range of apparel, Gunpla, plush toys, and other merchandise; it's also hosting a limited-time pop-up store at the concept shop "V.A." in Harajuku, running from February 1st to 11th.
The pop-up store will feature an exclusive lineup, including items from BANDAI SPIRITS' finished alloy model series "GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION METAL COMPOSITE," Gunpla model kits, plush toys, and of course, a full range of apparel and accessories.
