Hunters Go Wild! Japan's Sushiro Teams Up with Monster Hunter Wilds, X Explodes with Epic Feasts

Last year's collaboration between Japan's Sushiro and the Monster Hunter video game series was a massive hit, sparking a frenzy of "hunter-style" feasting among players in Japan. The event later made its way to Taiwan in September, drawing huge crowds and leaving a lasting impression.

And just yesterday (February 12), this year's Monster Hunter Wilds collaboration kicked off, immediately flooding X (formerly Twitter) with photos of fans going all out! Beyond the special sushi dishes and collectible goodies, there are also sweepstakes and themed bottles designed after "Potions," "Dash Juices," and "Demon Drugs" that hunters are absolutely scrambling to collect.

While this year's event doesn't feature the "100-plate challenge" for a commemorative T-shirt like last year, there are still plenty of collaborative sweepstakes. Plus, with three unique themed dishes and those adorable Potion bottles, hunters just can't resist! They're still going for the ultimate plate-stacking showdown, and X is overflowing with pics of these epic feasts. Honestly, the Sushiro x Monster Hunter collab is just... printing money!

The event runs for about three weeks, from February 12 to March 2. It looks like hunters aren't going to make it easy on Sushiro this time around – they're ready to eat the whole place out of stock!

Sushiro has stated they're fully prepared to feed all the hungry hunters. As for Taiwan, it might be a while before they get their turn, but given the massive success of last year's collaboration, it's hard to imagine they won't follow suit!
