Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd.'s collector's toy division, TAMASHII NATIONS, under its action figure brand S.H.Figuarts, has officially unveiled a new product based on the popular anime "My Hero Academia" – the "Ochaco Uraraka" action figure. It has a suggested retail price of 9,900 JPY and is scheduled for release in October 2025!
Ochaco Uraraka is the heroine of "My Hero Academia," a cheerful and kind girl who helped Midoriya when he almost fell during the entrance exam. Ochaco's Quirk is Zero Gravity, which allows her to make objects or people she touches float. Touching her fingertips together cancels the ability. Her hero name is "Uravity," and her most admired hero is Thirteen, hoping to one day become a rescue hero like them!
This S.H.Figuarts Ochaco Uraraka stands approximately 13 cm tall and features Ochaco in her superhero identity, "Uravity." The sculpting faithfully recreates the curves of her body encased in her skintight suit, and intricate details of her helmet and wrist guards, used to alleviate symptoms like headaches and high blood pressure caused by her Quirk, are also meticulously reproduced! Accessories include five pairs of interchangeable hands, four interchangeable face plates, two wires, and two interchangeable hair parts. Among these, the hair and face parts include a version where Ochaco's face is fused with Himiko Toga, allowing you to recreate Toga impersonating her! Additionally, a megaphone is included, enabling the recreation of the emotional scene from Season 6 where she addresses the citizens!
