Japan's digital entertainment giant DMM, through its anime merchandise arm DMM Factory, has just unveiled a killer new item: a "Death Note" book-shaped table lamp! Inspired by Tsugumi Ohba's original story and Takeshi Obata's iconic artwork, this lamp is perfect for any fan's home decor. It's priced at 9,350 yen and is slated to ship in August 2025.

This lamp draws its inspiration directly from the infamous "DEATH NOTE" itself, perfectly capturing that mysterious, slightly ominous vibe. It measures approximately H165×W115×D30mm.

But here's the real magic: open the book lamp, and you'll find the entire interior covered with designs featuring the Shinigami Ryuk, alongside various classic scenes from the original manga. It's an absolutely stunning effect!
The lamp features a clever folding design, fanning out like a book. The built-in LED lights automatically illuminate when opened and turn off when closed. Plus, it boasts three lighting modes: cool white (with a bluish tint), warm yellow, and a dynamic mode that slowly cycles between cool and warm colors, letting you set the perfect mood for any occasion. It charges via USB and provides approximately 4 to 6 hours of light on a full charge.
