BANDAI SPIRITS' prize figure brand, BANPRESTO, will release two new Mometria series figures from "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 2: Battle Tendency" as prize figures in August 2025: "Joseph Joestar" and "Kars". This article will provide product information for the "Joseph Joestar" (ジョセフ・ジョースター) figure!
"Battle Tendency," the second part of Hirohiko Araki-sensei's "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," is set fifty years after the first part, "Phantom Blood." This generation's JoJo is Joseph Joestar, the grandson of Jonathan Joestar. Possessing innate Hamon power, JoJo teams up with Hamon warriors Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli and Lisa Lisa to engage in an epic battle against the powerful ancient beings known as the Pillar Men, staking the Red Stone of Aja and the future of humanity.
The Mometria series focuses on precisely capturing a character's defining moment, bringing them to life with intricate sculpting and the latest technology. The "Mometria Joseph Joestar" stands approximately 22 cm tall, featuring his eye-catching outfit and Araki-sensei's uniquely distinctive JoJo pose, faithfully recreated from the "Battle Tendency" setting. Beyond the vivid depiction of JoJo's confident smile, the muscular lines throughout his body are further emphasized by realistic shading and gradient effects, enhancing the three-dimensional feel. With his left index finger extended, he exudes a powerful "Bring it on!" provocative aura – truly cool.
