BANPRESTO, a prize figure brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company, whose "Memorable Saga" series combines dioramas with three-dimensional figures to jointly interpret the worldview of a work, will release its latest product, the "Naruto Shippuden"-themed "Memorable Saga Special -Uchiha Itachi-", in September 2025!
Uchiha Itachi, a genius ninja of the Uchiha clan, became a Chunin at ten and an Anbu squad leader at thirteen. Though very young, he possessed the composure and calmness necessary to serve as a double agent for Konoha Village, and was forced to choose between his "clan" and his "village." For the long-term peace of Konoha Village, Itachi decided to bear everything, collaborating with Uchiha Madara (who was actually Obito Uchiha in disguise) to eliminate his clan; he could not bring himself to kill his younger brother, and at that time, he resolved to mold "Sasuke" into a great hero who would defeat the clan's destroyer.
The "Memorable Saga Special -Uchiha Itachi-" is based on Sasuke's memory of the night the Uchiha clan was annihilated. At that time, Sasuke returned late from shuriken training, and for a moment, he saw a figure atop a utility pole – it was Itachi. This piece captures Itachi in a squatting pose with bent legs, his ice-cold Mangekyo Sharingan, and his attire equipped with protective gear and a long sword. With a colossal moon and clouds seemingly stained with the colors of the dark night, it guides all collectors back to that tragic evening.
