Early last month, reports surfaced that director David Fincher had signed on to helm "The Continuing Adventures of Cliff Booth," the rumored sequel to "Once Upon a Time... In Hollywood." Fincher is reportedly taking over directing duties from Quentin Tarantino, who will solely pen the script. Brad Pitt is set to return, with his character, Cliff Booth, elevated to the primary protagonist, making the story entirely centered on him. Netflix has also reportedly taken over production and distribution from the original film's distributor, Sony Pictures.

Today, What's On Netflix, a publication specializing in Netflix news, exclusively revealed that Australian actress Elizabeth Debicki, known for her role in "Tenet," has received an offer to join the cast. Should the deal materialize, Debicki would portray Roberta, the manager of a mud wrestling bar. She marks the first new cast member to be rumored for the project.
Regarding other returning cast members, Margot Robbie, who played the late actress Sharon Tate in the first installment, is reportedly keen to make a cameo appearance. However, Leonardo DiCaprio, who portrayed Rick Dalton, is said to be hesitant to return due to the reportedly limited screen time for his character in the sequel.
