Tite Kubo's iconic shonen manga, "BLEACH," continues to ride a wave of popularity years after its conclusion. The third season of its final arc, "BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Conflict," wrapped up late last year, with more sequels already confirmed.
Get ready, Soul Reapers! The massive "BLEACH THE LOCUS OF BRAVEⅡ" event just kicked off in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, on June 13th, and it's already blowing up social media. The highlight? A viral video of Ichigo Kurosaki's voice actor, Masakazu Morita, performing the incantation for "Black Coffin" live!
"BLEACH THE LOCUS OF BRAVEⅡ," held at Ikebukuro Sunshine City, is packed with awesome content, including original artwork displays, interactive zones, exclusive merchandise, and a themed cafe menu. But one of the biggest draws for fans is undoubtedly the interactive area where you can chant "Black Coffin" yourself!
Right in the middle of the experience zone sits the very chair Aizen was confined to in the Muken, with the full "Black Coffin" incantation plastered on the wall behind it. The whole setup is incredibly immersive and atmospheric, perfectly recreating the scene.
And here's the kicker: Masakazu Morita, the voice of Ichigo Kurosaki himself, showed up to try out the "Black Coffin" incantation! His performance has gone absolutely wild on social media. Hearing "Black Coffin" in Ichigo's voice? It's certainly a unique experience!
While it might not have the original gravitas of Aizen's voice actor, Show Hayami, fans are still praising Masakazu Morita's "Black Coffin" for its sheer power. Some are even jokingly asking if Ichigo has learned Kidō in some alternate universe!
"BLEACH THE LOCUS OF BRAVEⅡ" runs until July 13th, so whether you're a die-hard BLEACH fan, an Aizen stan, or just love "Black Coffin," this event is an absolute must-see! And don't forget to hit up the themed cafe, where you can grab the previously featured "Black Coffin Pudding" – imagine the fun of ordering that with a full incantation!
