In celebration of the 30th anniversary of "Toy Story," PC hardware giant MSI has announced a collaboration with Pixar Animation Studios, unveiling a limited-edition collection of "Toy Story" hardware components during Computex. The collection will be sold exclusively in Taiwan.

The product lineup is headlined by a motherboard inspired by Woody and a new RTX 5070 graphics card themed after Buzz Lightyear, capturing significant attention from Taiwanese gamers and PC modding enthusiasts.
According to MSI, the Woody motherboard's design incorporates Western cowboy elements and is built for high-performance output and stable tuning. Playing on a classic line from the film, MSI is using the slogan "Game lag is like a snake in your boot" to emphasize the board's ability to maintain smooth and stable performance under heavy computing loads.

The graphics card, a Gaming Trio series RTX 5070 dubbed the "Buzz Lightyear Edition," features a unique Space Ranger-style design and a stellar backplate, delivering a strong Pixar aesthetic. Many fans have already drawn comparisons to the recently released "Starfield" edition RX 7900 XTX.

In addition, MSI is also launching a full suite of "Toy Story"-themed peripherals, including an all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler, a PC case, and a power supply unit. This allows builders to create a complete, unified look that satisfies the demand for both visual style and performance. The full pre-built system—which includes the motherboard, graphics card, AIO cooler, case, PSU, a 1TB MSI SSD, and 32GB of Kingston Fury Beast RAM—is now available for pre-order.

This entire collection is exclusive to Taiwan. MSI has stated that there are currently no plans for international sales or technical support, so overseas fans will need to purchase through trusted local Taiwanese channels or arrange for suitable forwarding services. Furthermore, due to the limited run, MSI emphasized that the products are available "while supplies last, with no restocks."
The suggested retail price for the complete pre-built PC is NT$79,900. The announcement has generated considerable buzz among gamers, with many on social media commenting, "This is a dream come true! It's not just functional, it has real collector's value!"
