BANDAI SPIRITS' collector's toy division, TAMASHII NATIONS, under its S.H.Figuarts action figure brand, is releasing a new product from the popular anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba"—the "Tanjiro Kamado Infinity Castle Decisive Battle ver." action figure. It will retail for 8,250 JPY and is scheduled for release in December 2025!
"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," a phenomenal hit during the 2020 pandemic, is a manga series by Koyoharu Gotouge serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from 2016 to 2020. It was adapted into a TV anime by ufotable in April 2019. The first part of the final chapter, "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie - To the Hashira Training - Akaza's Assault," is set to premiere in Taiwan on August 8th, which is incredibly exciting!
This S.H.Figuarts Tanjiro Kamado Infinity Castle Decisive Battle ver. action figure stands approximately 14 cm tall. Based on the "Tanjiro Kamado" figure released in July 2024, it recreates Tanjiro's appearance in the upcoming Infinity Castle Arc. The sculpting faithfully reproduces the wrinkles and detailed styling of the Demon Slayer Corps uniform and the green and black checkered haori. Articulated joints are cleverly integrated into the loose uniform, allowing for flexible posing in various dynamic stances while maintaining its intricate design!
This time, the accessories include four interchangeable face parts, two of which are angry expressions, three sets of interchangeable hands, and the Nichirin Blade with the tsuba (handguard) from Rengoku, which Tanjiro acquired after the Mugen Train Arc! Furthermore, it will include a background board printed with the Infinity Castle, allowing you to recreate scenes from the final battle by pairing it with the previously released Akaza and Giyu Tomioka figures!
