~~SPOILER WARNING~~
In addition to the 1/6th scale collectible action figures of "Mister Fantastic," "Invisible Woman," and "The Thing," world-renowned Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys has also simultaneously unveiled a new product under their brand-new SOFVI MASTERPIECE SERIES: the "Galactus" Jumbo Sofvi Figure, based on the upcoming film Fantastic Four: First Steps. With a suggested retail price of HKD 1,980, pre-orders will open soon, and the release date will be announced later!
Fantastic Four: First Steps is set in a retro-futuristic parallel universe with a 1960s aesthetic. Marvel's First Family, finally returning to the Marvel Universe, will face threats from Galactus and his herald, the Silver Surfer! The film is set to premiere in Taiwan on July 23, 2025, and anticipation is already incredibly high!
This Galactus Jumbo Sofvi Figure boasts an astonishing height of approximately 70 cm, crafted from premium sofvi material. It features six points of articulation across the head, shoulders, and waist. The intricate sculpting faithfully recreates the facial features based on actor Ralph Ineson's likeness, showcasing the intricate mesh patterns on the face and the mechanical textures spread across the entire body. The purplish-red armor is rendered with a pearlescent paint finish, and the helmet includes an LED light-up function, allowing the eyes to emit a powerful white glow, radiating a formidable presence even in darkness!
Furthermore, this release will also include miniature figures of the Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer, which can be placed around Galactus to showcase his world-ending, colossal scale!
