"Super Mario" is an action-platform game series developed by Nintendo, starring Mario, a character from the world of their games "Donkey Kong" and "Mario Bros." Since its debut on the Famicom in 1985, over 200 themed games, including action, racing, and party spin-off series, have been released over the past forty years. In 2023, an animated film adaptation was produced by Illumination, and since 2021, the Super Nintendo World theme park, based on the Mario worldview, opened at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, attracting over 12 million visitors annually!
