"Jurassic World Koronto Soft Vinyl 1" (tentative translation, ジュラシック・ワールド ころんとソフビ1), a dinosaur gashapon toy recently unveiled by T-ARTS, a toy brand under Japan's TAKARA TOMY Company, is now available for sale in Japan! The suggested retail price is 400 Japanese Yen per capsule, with a total of four styles to collect.
This series is themed after "Jurassic World: Rebirth," reinterpreting the dinosaurs appearing in the film with plump bodies and a chubby, two-head-tall proportion. Although the size is between 4.5 and 5.5 cm, its round shape gives it an extraordinary presence in the palm of your hand! Coupled with realistic detail sculpting, it still exudes a hint of wild ferocity.
The four styles of "Jurassic World Koronto Soft Vinyl 1" include "Tyrannosaurus Rex," the small ceratopsian "Stygimoloch" making its first appearance in the Jurassic series, "Spinosaurus," and the most terrifying product of hybrid dinosaur experiments, "D-Rex"! This three-dimensional rendition of D-Rex fully recreates its alien-like massive head and two pairs of forelimbs, one long and one short. Even as a toy, it's hard to tell it's a dinosaur at first glance!
