Paul Thomas Anderson, the acclaimed director behind "There Will Be Blood," is set to release his self-penned and directed crime epic, "One Battle After Another," starring Leonardo DiCaprio, in just two months. Ahead of its debut, two new second-wave trailers and a series of character posters (pictured below) have steadily emerged. However, distributor Warner Bros. Pictures appears to be holding back a wider public release for one particular English-language trailer, approximately 1 minute and 35 seconds long, which is currently only available as an unlisted upload on their YouTube channel.
The film's narrative centers on DiCaprio's character, Bob, who has abandoned his revolutionary past to live a quiet life with his daughter. But 16 years later, Sean Penn's character, a white supremacist colonel, tracks them down and kidnaps Bob's daughter, forcing Bob to reunite with his former revolutionary comrades for a massive rescue operation.

Produced with a budget nearing $150 million, "One Battle After Another" marks Anderson's most expensive and reportedly most commercially-driven project to date. The sprawling ensemble cast also features Regina Hall, Chase Infiniti, Teyana Taylor, Benicio Del Toro, and Alana Haim, a member of the band Haim, who previously collaborated with Anderson on "Licorice Pizza" and several music videos. The film is slated for a North American release on September 26.
