Following the previous "Venomized Hulk," American toy giant Sideshow Collectibles has once again unveiled another related new product in its "Premium Format Figure" series: the MARVEL-themed "Gwenom" full-body statue! The suggested retail price is US$750, with an estimated shipping window from April to July 2026.
This piece is designed based on the variant cover of the 2021 comic book King in Black: Gwenom vs. Carnage #1, illustrated by Korean comic artist Inhyuk Lee. Standing at 56 cm tall, it depicts Ghost-Spider fused with the black symbiote. Her classic costume feature, the "hoodie," transforms after being taken over by the symbiote into an alien Venus flytrap that seems to possess its own life and independent consciousness, with its mouth wide open!
A major highlight is the red tongue that extends from the neck downwards, gradually emerging from the surface texture and becoming increasingly rampant. Combined with the massive white spider emblem on her back, the symbiote wrapped around her feet, the distinct head sculpts when viewed from the left and right sides, and Gwenom's cold expression, the overall presentation is truly spectacular.
