The release date for the eleventh installment of "The Fast Saga" remains unknown. However, franchise patriarch Vin Diesel, who plays Dominic Toretto, continues to offer updates on the upcoming film, aiming to reassure fans. Diesel's latest reveal is a photo of himself with Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, with Diesel subtly hinting in the caption that Ronaldo might join the franchise in the future.

Diesel wrote in his post: "Everyone is asking me if he (referring to Ronaldo) will join the Fast universe... I have to say, he is a genuine and down-to-earth person. We wrote a character for him in "Los Bandoleros"..." Diesel's mention of "Los Bandoleros" refers to the prequel short film included on the "Fast & Furious" DVD, which explains Dominic Toretto's story between the end of the first film and the beginning of the fourth.

Ronaldo did not actually appear in "Los Bandoleros," but it's possible Diesel originally intended for him to be involved. Now, with Diesel revisiting the past and sharing a photo of the two, fans are speculating that he might be looking to fulfill Ronaldo's missed opportunity in "Los Bandoleros" by casting him in a future installment.
