Released by BANDAI SPIRITS' Collectors Toy Division, TAMASHII NATIONS, the blind box figure series based on the globally popular hit "ONE PIECE", "LUFFY's Memories of Adventure [Vol.2]", is having an early release today, February 28, 2026, at 7-ELEVEN stores across Taiwan! We at the Toy People editorial department immediately got our hands on them to bring all you toy fans this first-hand unboxing report. So, let's get started!
Inspired by "One Piece" protagonist "Straw Hat Luffy" and conceived from the shape of the "I" in the ONE PIECE logo, these 1/20 scale, 8.6 cm tall LUFFY's figures possess trendy, rounded lines and a sophisticated style. Thanks to Luffy's immense popularity both at home and abroad, the silhouette of the LUFFY's figure alone is instantly recognizable as a One Piece themed product. Combined with elements from characters, classic logos, and famous scenes from the anime and manga, this is truly a product line with endless potential!!
This "LUFFY's Memories of Adventure [Vol.2]", just like the first volume, features ten different designs. These can be divided into four main categories: "COMICS", "LIVE ACTION", "CHARACTER", and "LOGO & ICON", plus one secret version. In addition to standard printing, the series also utilizes water transfer printing (hydrographic printing) technology. Some figures feature a glossy finish (tsuya specification) while others have a matte finish (matto specification). Collecting multiple figures allows your LUFFY's display to not only showcase a variety of patterns but also highlight a sense of texture and depth.
▼ The outer box for this release features a striking yellow and blue color scheme, creating a very lively visual effect. The LUFFY's series logo, which incorporates Luffy's rubber-man characteristics, is in the center, flanked by line art of the LUFFY's figure from various angles.

▼ The design of each individual box basically follows that of the master carton. In addition to clearly showing all the available designs, the LUFFY's silhouette on the front also features a "2" to represent "Memories of Adventure [Vol.2]".
▼ Upon opening, you can feel that the actual figure, in both size and lines, is extremely close to the silhouette on the packaging!
■ CHARACTERFirst up are the three figures in the Character category, including the brave warrior of the sea (self-proclaimed) "Usopp", the blue-nosed reindeer "Chopper", and "Luffy" wearing Nami's plaid coat.

▼ The printing recreates the small pouch on his waist and the blue and white striped wristband on his left arm.
Tony Tony Chopper (Drum Island)
▼ His antlers and ears are represented by printing on the hat, which is quite an interesting touch.
Monkey D. Luffy (Drum Island)
▼ The design with the missing right sleeve brings to mind the passionate scene where Luffy desperately defended Dr. Hiriluk's pirate flag.
▼ On the back, you can see the sculpted LUFFY's series logo.
■ LOGO & ICON
Next is a theme that this editor personally finds very interesting: the Spiders Cafe, which served as a meeting point for the secret criminal organization Baroque Works. The unique skull logo and the American retro-style "SPIDERS CAFE" text create a nostalgic atmosphere for long-time fans.

Next up, the Comics category includes four designs, all created using a full-coverage water transfer printing technique. This means that even for the same design, the printed pattern will not be identical, making every LUFFY's a one-of-a-kind piece.

■ LIVE ACTIONThis next design is themed after the NETFLIX One Piece live-action series. It's an interesting design that incorporates the title logos from each episode of the first season, showcasing a style different from the anime and manga.
