After a lengthy delay, the first trailer for Guy Ritchie's upcoming action thriller "In the Grey" has finally dropped. Written and directed by Ritchie, known for the "Sherlock Holmes" film series, the movie wrapped production in October 2023. Its release was pushed back due to an extended post-production schedule and a last-minute distribution shift from Lionsgate to Black Bear Pictures. "In the Grey" is slated for a May 15 release in North America, with Australia getting an early debut on April 10.
The film's synopsis reveals a high-stakes plot: A ruthless dictator steals a billion dollars, prompting a covert elite team to embark on an impossible mission to retrieve the fortune. What begins as a seemingly straightforward heist quickly spirals into a full-blown battle of strategy, deception, and survival.
