As development rumors for "Marvel's Spider-Man 3" intensify, a recent social media post by Peter Parker's face model actor, Ben Jordan, has captured significant attention from players and fans. Although the post was quickly deleted, it was screenshotted by netizens and rapidly circulated, fueling speculation that Insomniac Games may be gearing up for a new project.
Jordan posted a photo on Instagram showing himself in motion-capture gear, accompanied by the cryptic message "IYKYK" (If You Know, You Know) and a spider emoji, seemingly hinting at a Spider-Man-related project. While the post was swiftly removed, it ignited widespread discussion, with many players speculating it could be tied to "Marvel's Spider-Man 3."
Ben Jordan took over as the new face model for Peter Parker in "Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered," replacing John Bubniak. At the time, Insomniac Games Creative Director Bryan Intihar explained that the change aimed to better align the character's appearance with the performance of voice actor Yuri Lowenthal.
Insomniac Games is currently developing "Marvel's Wolverine," slated for release later this year, making rumors of a new Spider-Man game unsurprising. However, whether Ben Jordan's recent post specifically hints at "Marvel's Spider-Man 3" or another spin-off remains unconfirmed, as the studio has yet to comment on the speculation.
