Tamashii Nations, the collectors division of Bandai Spirits, has just unveiled the latest addition to its popular S.H.Figuarts action figure line: a stunning painted prototype of "Anby -No. 0-" from the urban fantasy ARPG, "Zenless Zone Zero"! A release date has not yet been announced.
Anby Demara, one of the flagship characters of "Zenless Zone Zero," is the first playable character players encounter in the game. Shrouded in mystery and reluctant to speak of her past, Anby was found seriously injured by Nicole Demara, the leader of the "Cunning Hares" odd-job agency, who took her in and gave her a new name and purpose. While she possesses the calm demeanor and highly efficient combat style of a professional soldier, her true origin lies as the captain of the "Silver Guard," a clone soldier unit created by the Old Eridu Defense Force. Designated "No. 0," she was a warrior of immense skill known as the "Tin Soldier of Silver Heart." After the fall of Old Eridu and the termination of the Silver Project, she and her clone sisters were scattered, with most meeting tragic ends.
The "S.H.Figuarts Anby -No. 0-" figure captures her appearance when she once again dons her Silver Guard combat suit. Standing at approximately 15cm tall, this fully articulated figure boasts a design that perfectly balances functional beauty with a sharp aesthetic. The sculpt features incredible detail, especially in the carbon fiber-like texture of the leg armor. The entire figure is brought to life with rich paint applications and precise printing, recreating metallic details, the pattern on her cloak, and the intricate color separation on her dual blades.
The new images showcase the figure's impressive engineering, including a mechanism to connect the hilts of her dual blades and a wide range of motion thanks to its flexible joints. The excellent ankle articulation provides superior stability, allowing collectors to recreate Anby's dynamic landing poses after executing her lightning-fast attacks. More detailed product information is expected to be released soon.
