Japanese toy giant Takara Tomy has officially announced the upcoming release of the "UX-21 HellsNether Deck Set" for its popular "BEYBLADE X" battling top series. This exciting new set is currently available for lottery pre-order through Takara Tomy's official Japanese online store, priced at 4,500 JPY (tax included). The set is slated for an August 8, 2026 release, with lottery applications closing on July 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM JST. Also launching on the same day is the "BX-57 3on3 Deck Case Black Ver.," which is also open for lottery pre-orders at 1,100 JPY (tax included).
In "BEYBLADE X," players launch their Beyblades into a dedicated battle arena using a specialized launcher. Each Beyblade in the series is composed of three core parts—the Blade, Ratchet, and Bit—allowing for performance customization through interchangeable combinations. Takara Tomy categorizes its products into Basic Line, Unique Line, and Custom Line, further enhanced by the introduction of Expand Blades that extend the unique characteristics of each line. The new UX-21 set is designed as a comprehensive Deck Set, packing three Beyblades to immediately prepare players for thrilling 3on3 battles.
The highlight of this set is undoubtedly the HellsNether Z, which features a UX Expand Blade that allows for manual height switching. This unique mechanism, combined with a Bit offering both offensive and defensive properties, enables players to strategically adapt their Beyblade's performance based on their opponent's tactics. Official diagrams clearly illustrate both "Normal Mode" and "Low Mode" height configurations. The set also includes two additional Beyblades: the purple SilverWolf 9-70R and the green WyvernHover 8-80B. Takara Tomy reminds players that a "BEYBLADE X" dedicated battle arena and launcher are required and sold separately for gameplay. The simultaneously released 3on3 Deck Case Black Ver. is a sleek black storage solution perfectly sized for three Beyblades, though it does not include any Beyblades itself.
This information pertains to the official Japanese release and lottery sales; international release details have not yet been announced.
