Japanese figure manufacturer Max Factory recently announced the latest addition to their popular 1/12 scale articulated figure series, "figma," from the hit mobile game "Blue Archive." The new "Yurizono Seia" figure is slated for release in April 2027!
Yurizono Seia hails from Trinity General School and is one of the three leaders of the prestigious Tea Party. When she first appeared, she was often sickly due to her premonition dreams. However, her health gradually improved after her prophetic abilities vanished in later story arcs. She's known for her "riddler" persona, often using complex and profound vocabulary. Seia made her initial debut in the "Eden Treaty Arc" in May 2021, but it wasn't until January 19, 2025, that she was officially implemented as a playable character. For a staggering 1333 days, she remained unvoiced, a running gag within the "Blue Archive" community, earning her the playful nickname "Seia the Mute." Even the developers themselves have poked fun at her lack of voice acting in the game.
The "figma Yurizono Seia" stands approximately 13.5 cm tall, faithfully recreating her elegant white dress adorned with gold accents from the game. In addition to the standard figma articulation, this figure incorporates several unique joint designs, including multi-segment joints in her sleeves and ball joints with swivel articulation in her long, flowing tail, allowing for a wide range of dynamic and charming poses. She comes with four interchangeable face plates: a "Normal Face," a spirited "Confident Face," a "Shouting Face" that references her "mute" status, and a "Smiling Face" with a sideways gaze. Her accessories are equally abundant, featuring her signature pistol, "Sharp Radiance," which can be holstered on her thigh using interchangeable parts. Also included are two adorable "Japanese Long-tailed Tits" for both sitting and flying poses, complete with dedicated stands, a "Book" that can be attached to her sleeve, and a "Sitting Skirt" part with its own stand for seated displays.
▼The official website bonus for this release is a Stealth Cardboard Box, a clear homage to Metal Gear Solid from the event story "Code: BOX - The Shadow Approaching Millennium"!
