American collectible manufacturer Sideshow Collectibles recently announced a new addition to their "Premium Format Figure" statue line: the Batman statue from "Batman Begins"! It was scheduled to ship between May and July 2022.
Standing approximately 65.4 cm (25.75 inches) tall, this piece captures Batman standing vigilantly in a corner of Gotham City, silently guarding its streets. The statue faithfully recreates the Batsuit seen in the 2005 "Batman Begins" film, with highly detailed elements such as the sharp gaze beneath the cowl, the iconic Bat-symbol on the chest, the sculpted lines on the abdomen, the golden utility belt, and the gauntlets. The fabric cape, featuring an internal wire, allows for dynamic posing and varied display options. The base is intricately designed to evoke a crime-ridden, violent alleyway.
