Good Smile Company has announced two new figures from Toei's live-action "Spider-Man" series: the Toei Spider-Man and Leopardon. This article focuses on the Leopardon sofubi figure, joining the Nendoroid More line!
In the lore of the "Spider-Man" tokusatsu series, the colossal combat robot Leopardon transforms from the Space Battleship Marveller. Standing at an impressive 60 meters tall and weighing 25,000 tons, Leopardon boasts powerful finishing moves like "Sword Vigor," where it draws a sword from its right leg and hurls it. It also features attacks such as "Arm Rocket," which launches its fists, and "Arc Turn," which fires its forehead emblem. Leopardon is famously known as the "strongest instant-kill robot in tokusatsu history."
This new Leopardon sofubi figure stands approximately 22 cm tall, condensing its intricate mechanical details into an adorable, roughly three-head-tall Q-version proportion. Its large head, prominent forehead emblem, and stubby limbs create a visually substantial presence. While it lacks articulation, collectors can look forward to its impressive heft for both display and handling. It's a must-have companion piece for the Toei Spider-Man Nendoroid!
