Japanese toy company Kotobukiya today (28th) released the latest addition to its high-quality 1/6 scale "FINE ART STATUE" series: the X-Men-themed "Magneto" from Marvel! It is scheduled for release in April 2022.
Standing approximately 48 cm tall, this piece faithfully recreates Magneto's classic red and purple costume and helmet, as seen in the original Marvel comics. His fierce, gritted-teeth expression and outstretched left arm, poised as if unleashing his powers, convey an undeniable intensity. The taut costume and incredibly sculpted musculature further imbue this Magneto statue with a suffocating sense of dominant power. The metallic finish on parts of his suit, the dynamic flow of his purple cape, and the intricate facial sculpt are all exceptionally rendered. Adding to the impressiveness is the base, designed with missiles and warped metal parts, perfectly reflecting his magnetic abilities. It's absolutely stunning!
