Ling Fei Zhi Zao Night Sky Knight Model Kit: An Exciting Unboxing Review

I was incredibly excited when I first saw the promotional material for Ling Fei Zhi Zao's "Night Sky Knight." I loved both its inner frame design and overall aesthetic. Upon receiving it, the box was surprisingly large, and the cover art was absolutely stunning.

Inside, the box was packed with 21 runners. For a single mobile suit without any external add-on equipment, that's a significant number of parts.

My initial impression from this unboxing is that the inner frame is my favorite aspect. Compared to Bandai's Hi-Resolution Model (HIRM) line, the quality feels superior. Crucially, there are no screws or glued parts, which makes disassembly much easier for painters. With HIRM kits, you often have to resort to brute force to separate components.

The parts also boast excellent texture, intricate details, and sharp molding. One particularly surprising detail was found in the clear weapon parts, which feature several grooves. These are clearly designed for modelers to easily install their own LEDs.

The water decals are predominantly white, making them a bit reflective and harder to photograph clearly. However, the text itself is very crisp and legible.
