The second entry in the Desktopskulls deer skull series, a project by Breedbedworks, is here! This new piece refines the shortcomings of the first iteration, meticulously crafted by referencing actual deer skull specimens to ensure anatomically correct bone structure. The result is a highly accurate and valuable reference piece, now also enlarged by approximately 6% for a more substantial feel. Continuing the modular design concept, Breedbedworks plans to release even more antler variations in the future.
While inspired by the North American Black-tailed Deer, the antlers have been imbued with a sense of flowing energy, giving them a distinct fantasy flair. Display it on your desk, light a few candles, and infuse your daily work routine with the mystique of a summoning ritual.
The initial release offers three distinct paint finishes, each with its own unique aesthetic. The metallic antlers and skull, achieved with an electroplated coating, will showcase varying textures and sheens under different lighting conditions!
