It might be late, but it's definitely not absent! Japanese toy giant MEDICOM TOY has unveiled the latest addition to its 6-inch MAFEX action figure line: the "Iron Man Mark 50" from Marvel's 2018 film "Avengers: Infinity War"! This highly anticipated figure is slated for a December 2022 release.
The Mark 50 armor features a unique crystalline nanotech suit-up system, typically stored within Tony Stark's specialized triangular arc reactor on his chest. It can be rapidly deployed via neural interface when needed. Through further development, Tony engineered the armor to undergo extensive transformations for various combat situations, boasting a dazzling array of weaponized accessories including laser cannons, deployable energy projectors, boosters, swords, massive shields, large flight wings, and even more powerful giant laser cannons.
Standing approximately 16 cm (6.3 inches) tall, this figure perfectly captures the armor's striking red and gold color scheme and its sleek, aerodynamic curves. The main highlight is the extensive array of accessories that allow the "Iron Man Mark 50" to recreate its diverse in-movie forms and combat poses. These include laser cannons, energy cannons, deployable energy projectors, nano-blades, boosters, shields, and dual hammers. To showcase the back-mounted transformations, interchangeable back parts are included, which, combined with orange jet effect parts and a display stand, enable collectors to pose the figure in countless dynamic and heroic stances!
