Wing Viper Billbine
The latest variable-form ONA warrior developed by the Kingdom of Na, the successor machine of Shō Izama. It features a structure that can transform into a Luminous Fighter, allowing it to exit the battlefield at unprecedented high speeds. In addition to mobility, firepower has also been enhanced. Besides being equipped with two internal Luminous Cannons as hidden weapons, it can also carry a new main weapon, the Luminous Longsword Rifle. This weapon can not only fire Luminous shots but can also directly convert Luminous energy into a blade, functioning as a Luminous beam sword, thus enhancing firepower at both long and short ranges. Although a powerful ONA force is required to control it, the machine itself also possesses superb performance that matches the pilot.
This unit was entrusted by Queen Shira of the Kingdom of Na to Shō, who is regarded as the true Saint Warrior. With Shō's powerful ONA force, this unit served as the core of the anti-Draik forces until the end of the war.
Height is approximately 155mm. Its appearance is imposing, and the overall design is very elegant and "clean." Although the texture of the insect parts has been simplified, there is not much difference from the animation design. Due to its fidelity to the original work, there are not many accessories; the cockpit and wings are recreated with transparent parts! The joints and mobility are quite good, and poses like drawing the sword pose are effortless. The details of the cockpit are also fully displayed. Although the back carries a substantial weight, it has excellent ground contact due to the high metal content in the lower limbs, large soles, and movable joints in every toe. Most importantly... the QC is really f***ing good! The rare thing is that it can stand upright without a support stand. However, it is still recommended to use the attached base for display, just in case.
Almost all external armor is painted, and alloy materials are used in the inner chest, side gauntlets, and below the knees; the insect-like dual wings on the back are formed from transparent materials, not only featuring a cool design and sturdy joints, but also providing a heavy feel during play. It can combine with the "Luminous Longsword," "Luminous Longsword Rifle" and special effect parts to create cool slashing poses. The claw on the wrist can be replaced with a cable part to recreate shooting scenes, and the bases of the two Luminous Cannons on the back can move independently, allowing the cannon mouths to face forward. Moreover, the Luminous Fighter transformation mechanism is thoroughly recreated!
The downside is that there are not many accessories. Although it can transform with swap parts, the playability is quite good. The biggest problem is the connection point of the back cannon; it is more likely to detach while transforming, which cost me a lot of time during photography...
But I can borrow it: How could such a high-quality product... ? The Saint Warrior is now a non-mainstream series, but it’s not too hard to get a hold of. However... how many styles can Side AB and Side MH still release?
