BANDAI's Gashapon brand in Japan has announced the first wave of its 'Capsule Torso' series, which transforms anime and manga character outfits into exquisite gashapon toys, will feature the popular manga 'Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba' and is expected to release in October 2022.
The 'Capsule Torso' series, much like the mannequins commonly seen in real-world clothing stores, showcases the outfits of various anime and manga characters in a compact and exquisite 9 cm tall size. It meticulously captures intricate patterns, accessories, and other details, all finished with splendid color applications, allowing you to collect the delicate attire of your beloved characters.
The new "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Capsule Torso" will feature the beautiful Taisho Romance-inspired outfits of three characters: Kamado Nezuko, Tsuyuri Kanao, and Kocho Shinobu. It faithfully recreates Nezuko's hemp leaf pattern on her kimono, Kanao's refined style with her cape, and Shinobu Kocho's butterfly wing-like gradient colors and patterns. The torso stand itself is a universal design for the series, finished in a dark brown to evoke a wooden texture.
